Registration is just $65.00! FOUR full feet of scrappin’ space! Only two people per 8 foot table!

Registration Opens On January 23rd at 11:00am.

Below is an outline of how the day will run (minus classes). Alec Harrison will be the Emcee for the convention to keep everyone in the loop about what is happening throughout the day. Also, we ask that boom boxes be left at home as it is not fun for the scrappers trapped between two types of music. For the enjoyment of all scrappers, music will play through the sound system at the Foothills Centennial Centre.

The following do not fit into a timeline, but will be a part of the day -

  1. Page Layout Contest – Bring your most fabulous pages – or pages you create at the convention – to display on the Wall of Fame. Cost to enter is just $1 with 100% going to Rowan House.
  2. Silent Auction – Fabulous baskets, goodies, product will be on display for your bidding. 100% of proceeds to Rowan House
  3. Door Prizes!!! Just wait to see what is in store this year!

9 – 10 am – Arrival / Morning Check In

As soon as you’ve checked in and received your fabulous SWAG, you can start scrapping!

12 pm – Lunch – Catered by Hansel & Gretel’s Catering

  • Soup of the Day/Salad
  • Finger Sandwiches
  • Veggie Tray
  • Dessert Tray

3 pm – Afternoon Snack – Catered by Hansel & Gretel’s Catering

  • Domestic & Imported Cheeses
  • Fresh Seasonal Fruit & Crackers

5:45 pm - Presentation by Sherrie Botten, Director of Rowan House

6:30 pm – Dinner – Catered by Hansel & Gretel’s Catering

  • Bread Basket
  • Marked Fresh Greens
  • Marinated Orzo & Vegetable Salad
  • Roasted Potatoes and Rice
  • Fresh Vegetable Medley

  • Slow Roasted Alberta Beef OR
  • Stuffed Chicken Breast with Lemon Tarragon Sauce

9pm – Dessert!

  • Selection yummy of desserts by Hansel & Gretel Catering
  • Fantastic cupcakes by Bliss & Co. (trust us!)

*Coffee, tea and water will be available throughout the day at the beverage station. Please note that this year there will not be a concession stand, but you are welcome to bring some goodies with you to enjoy.
